I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooftop area is incredible, especially during sunset. They even have a small pool up there! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they made me feel right at home. Another great thing is the cafe inside the hotel which has strong coffee and strong wifi. The location is perfect, only a 5-minute walk to the central area and less than 10 minutes to the beach. I was impressed with the cleanliness, spacious rooms, tasty breakfast, and the convenience of having outlets with different choices for chargers.

The rooftop pool and bar were a great place to relax and enjoy the view. the beds were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the staff were friendly and always available to help with any requests or questions. the hostel's location was perfect, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach.

There were a few aspects that were not up to par. the bathroom lacked shelves, making it difficult to organize personal items.

Spent an amazing Christmas break at a hostel in Bali with stunning rooftop views and a short walk to the beach. Accommodation was consistently spotless, with comfortable beds and a spacious locker. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided free hot and cold water. The coffee shop served delicious food and drinks, making for a great place to relax and catch up with fellow travelers.

The bathroom facilities lacked privacy and needed more thoughtful maintenance, sometimes smelling unpleasant. the common areas and seating options could benefit from an upgrade to make them more conducive to socializing.

The facilities at Borough Capsule Hostel Bali were beyond amazing. Everything I needed was provided, from a fold-down table in the bed capsule to a blind shutter and plug socket with various types of plugs. The bathrooms, rooms, and beds were spotless and cleaned daily, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The lockers were massive and provided excellent security. The staff were always helpful and happy to assist, with the manager going above and beyond to resolve any issues. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. And let's not forget the stunning roof terrace!
